Sounds of Night

SOUNDS OF NIGHT is a very peaceful painting. The still of the night reflects a still presence of who we are. As we open to the night we are supported to turn our attention back within ourselves. What is here when we stop all the movement in our mind and from our body outwards? What is always here behind all the noise and movement? The still presence of who we are.

The silent night is loud when we notice. Silence is so loud! The hum of the mind stops and we finally notice and hear the sound of silence. Beautiful!
